Black Friday Pillow Sale: Ergonomic Pillows and Support Sets

01What is on offer right now?

Maybe a pillow has been sitting in your cart for a while, or you came looking for a Black Friday pillow sale. Here are the offers our store is running today. None of them has an end date set, and none is a Black Friday-only discount.

There are two kinds of saving, and they work differently. The multi-buy savings are automatic. Each one works on a single product and applies at checkout when your cart holds two or more of that same pillow or set, so there is nothing to type. The other kind is a code, MORN10, which you enter at checkout and which takes 10 percent off your entire order. The two kinds do not combine, and the next section shows what that means for your cart.

• Cervical Pillow Pro: $89 for one, $139 for two (you save $39), and $189 for three (you save $78), applied automatically.
• Two or more of the same set or travel pillow: an extra 10 percent off that product, applied automatically.
• Three or more of the same set or travel pillow: an extra 15 percent off that product, applied automatically.
• Code MORN10: 10 percent off your entire order, entered at checkout.
• Free shipping: on orders from $70.

The multi-buy savings cover all four of our pieces. The Cervical Pillow Pro has its own prices for two and three. The Seat Cushion and Lumbar Support Set, the Car Neck Pillow and Lumbar Support Set, and the Travel Neck Pillow take the extra 10 or 15 percent. A second or third of the same piece often has a place to go. It might be a pillow for each of you in bed, one seat set for the office and one for the kitchen table, or a travel pillow for everyone on the trip.

02How do the savings work together?

Stacked discounts are where a lot of carts get confusing. You add a code, the total moves, and you are not sure which saving did what. So here is the short version first: ours do not stack.

A multi-buy saving works on one product. MORN10 works on the whole order. Our store sets MORN10 so it does not combine with the multi-buy savings, which keeps the prices for two and three exactly as listed above. On a cart with no multi-buy saving, such as a single pillow, or one pillow and one car set, MORN10 takes its 10 percent off the order.

Here is how that plays out if you want three Cervical Pillow Pros, one for each side of the bed and one for the guest room:

1. Add three of the same pillow to your cart. The $78 saving applies automatically at checkout, so the three come to $189.
2. Leave the code field empty. MORN10 does not combine with the multi-buy saving, so it will not take the $189 any lower.
3. Look at the total before you pay. Your checkout shows it with the saving in place, so there is no math to do.

The same steps work with two Cervical Pillow Pros, which come to $139, and with two or three of any one set or travel pillow, where the automatic saving is the extra 10 or 15 percent.

03Is there a Black Friday-only discount?

No, not a separate one. The multi-buy savings and code MORN10 on this page are what our store is running, and none of them is tied to Black Friday. We would rather say that plainly than dress up the offers above as something they are not.

04Which product fits your routine?

A saving only helps if the piece suits the way your day goes. So rather than start from the discount, start from where your neck or back spends the most hours: in bed, at a desk, in a travel seat, or behind the wheel.

For sleep, the Cervical Pillow Pro. If your mornings start with a slow roll of the neck before you get up, look here first. It holds two heights in one pillow, 10 cm and 8 cm, and you flip it to change side. The natural-rubber memory foam gives under your head over a few seconds, then holds, and the first nights can feel unfamiliar. Our pillow height guide for side and back sleepers walks through which side to start on, and our guide to natural rubber foam and memory foam explains how the foam behaves. Two come to $139, and three to $189.

For the desk, the Seat Cushion and Lumbar Support Set. If you catch yourself shifting in your chair by mid-afternoon, start here. The set comes as two matched pieces in natural-rubber memory foam. The seat cushion has a center cutout that lifts the tailbone off the chair, and the back piece fills the small of the back. It works on top of an office chair, dining chair, sofa or car seat.

For flights and long rides, the Travel Neck Pillow. You know the moment: you doze off sitting upright and your head tips forward or to one side. Ours is one size, with a drawstring toggle: pull it to tighten the ring so it closes snug to your neck, with no gap for your head to slip through. There is no pump and nothing to inflate at the gate. It rolls into a phone-size case, and the case strap snaps onto a suitcase handle.

For driving, the Car Neck Pillow and Lumbar Support Set. A factory headrest sits back behind the neck, so on a long drive your head drifts forward to close the gap. The neck pillow fills that space, and one elastic band loops over the headrest posts and fits virtually any car headrest, with no tools, clips or brackets. The lumbar cushion has a raised mid-ridge. Off the road, the set also works on office chairs and recliners.

05Which one fits you?

If you are still deciding, start with the place you spend the most hours. Then think about who else, or which other bed, chair or car, could use a second or third of the same piece.

• For your sleep, with two heights to choose between: the Cervical Pillow Pro.
• For the chair you work from, with a seat and a back piece: the Seat Cushion and Lumbar Support Set.
• For flights and long rides, in one size that packs small: the Travel Neck Pillow.
• For the driver's seat, with a neck pillow and a lumbar cushion: the Car Neck Pillow and Lumbar Support Set.

Whichever you choose, the saving applies on its own at checkout. Two Cervical Pillow Pros come to $139 and three to $189. Two of the same set or travel pillow take an extra 10 percent off that piece, and three take an extra 15 percent. Orders from $70 ship free, and every piece comes with our 12-month shape warranty.
