Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Fifty minutes of stop and go both ways. The old gap behind my head had me leaning into the wheel by the time I parked. Head sits back now and I get out of the car loose. Wish I had found it sooner.
d_whitfield
Rated 3 out of 5 stars.Almost twelve days before it showed, and yeah I was on that tracking page way too often. Emailed them and got a reply the same morning, no runaround at least. Pillow's firm and my head stays where it should once I'm actually on the plane. Point is I wanted it before the trip, not the week after.
Morncrest replied
Twelve days is the far end of what we quote and we hate cutting it that close, so thank you for the patience. Firm and holding your head is the part we build for.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. My husband's been using it for a month and hasn't complained once, which for him is basically a rave review haha

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Ten, twelve hour nights behind the wheel. I taped a foam roll to my headrest for years and it always crept down by midnight. This one cinches tight and doesn't budge the whole shift. Wish I'd swapped sooner!
jen_halvorsen
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Turned up about a week later than I'd wanted, and my trip was days away, so I spent that stretch kind of anxious. They did reach out first and kept checking in, which helped. Nine hour flight and my head stayed put, got off without the stiff neck. Docking a star for the wait, that's it.
Morncrest replied
Cutting it close to a trip is exactly when a delay stings most, Jen. Thanks for hanging in, and we're glad the flight itself went easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. It goes in my lunch bag with the sandwich every morning now. Two years on this floor and the end of a shift finally doesn't come with a sore tailbone. Didn't expect much from a cushion, was wrong.

soph_r
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. If you're small like me get the lower side. Every regular pillow I've owned shoves my chin down toward my chest, even the thin ones. Second night I slept clean through to the alarm which is def a first for me. Glad I tried it

kelsey_rae
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Head never dropped once on a 6 hour flight tbh.
-
MayaB
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Three flights a week for work and my old inflatable one lived at the bottom of my tote bc blowing it up at the gate is embarrassing. This one goes on at security and stays on until I land. Plane was pulling in behind me. Love it
theo_marsh
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Flew a red eye and actually landed rested, first time in years ngl.
vince_r
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Noticeably firm the first few nights, tall side up, and I was honestly annoyed about it. Somewhere in week two I stopped waking up and checking my neck first thing in teh morning. Now I get why people like it. Great pillow.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Fifty years on a hard bench chair. Wish I had it sooner.
sunil_rao
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Ten stops of sleep on the morning train and no stiff neck at the office.
Gail T.
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Ordered during the Black Friday rush so it took longer than usual to show up. They sent tracking and answered my email the same day, so I knew where it was the whole time. The pillow itself is great, neck feels good on the drive. Docking a star only for the wait.
-
imani.writes
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Quarter close means 11 hour days. Fifteen minutes in my chair with this after lunch and my neck isn't locked up all afternoon
perry.c
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Ordered during a big sale week, so it took longer than I'd like to land. Support sent me tracking updates the whole way, which helped. Works great at my desk, no complaints once it showed up!

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Team gift because I rub my neck in every meeting. Way better then the flat pillow I had, and they noticed I stopped lol
-
brett_h
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.45 minutes each way and I'd walk into the office rolling my neck like an old man. Got it Tuesday, two minutes to strap on, and by the end of the week there was nothing to roll. Def recommend if you have a long commute.
-
TravisK
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Arrived a week late, support kept me posted. Good pillow.
dede_k
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. My old blow up one always went soft by hour two and I'd be topping it off with my mouth. This one just holds!
mike.callahan
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.6'5 and no car has ever fit my neck right. My head always hung forward off the rest until it ached. This closes the gap so I can lean back like a normal person. Best thing I have put in this truck.

bigjim_w
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Nine hours to the grandkids and I ride shotgun the whole way. Every bump used to bounce my head off the window and wake me. With this on I slept through two states and my wife had to poke me at the exit. Firmer than it looks.
marcus_bell
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I run hot and long flights used to leave the back of my neck damp. The cover on this stays cool the whole way, and my head doesn't slide forward on me anymore.
gaby_ruiz
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Had a bead one that went flat and lumpy inside a year. This keeps its shape flight after flight, def glad I switched.
melissa.turnbull
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Six or seven interviews back to back and by the third one I'd be shifting around trying to look composed. Someone on my team had this on her chair and I copied her. Got through a full interview day last Thursday without doing the squirm once.
CarlosR
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Deploy nights I'd be up pacing the hallway every hour to loosen up, my team lead had a running joke about it. Sat through the entire release last week without getting up. Felt almost anticlimactic.
pdunn
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Coming from a down pillow this felt like a brick the first three or four nights and I nearly gave up. My wife said give it a week. Toward the end of that week it stopped feeling hard and started feeling like support, and I quit waking up at four with my neck. Two months in it's held its shape. Wish it started a little softer, but good pillow.
Morncrest replied
Coming off down is the biggest jump anyone makes to this pillow, so a brick for a few nights sounds right, Paul. Your wife gets the credit here.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Slept through two alarms bc I'm not waking up every two hours on that lumpy old pillow anymore. Roommate thought it was hilarious
Hailey Brooks
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.started my first job in the spring, forty minutes each way. by the second week the commute had my neck tight before i even sat down at work. strapped this on and the tightness eased off within a few drives. went on in seconds too
p.donnelly
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.i keep it on my desk for lunch naps. twenty minutes with it on and my neck isnt wrecked for the afternoon meetings.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Cover washed once, still soft! Slept through the night lol

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Yes it's bigger than the horseshoe kind, that's the whole point. Flew with one of those for like 5 years and it folded in half the second I leaned on it. This holds its shape and my head kinda just stays put. Big fan
marge_o
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Kept complaining until my daughter sent me the link. I'm 68, back sleeper, and I've been through more pillows than I can count. First one in years I haven't wanted to throw across the room. Keeping it!

megan_of_three
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Took 4 days longer to arrive than it said, they were good about letting me know. Pillow is great, no more stiff neck at 6 am
Morncrest replied
Sorry about the extra four days, Megan, and thank you for being patient with us.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I've got a thick neck and most of these ring pillows sit way too loose and fall off the second I turn. The drawstring pulls it snug so it stays put. Slept most of a six hour flight without it slipping. Worth it, and it finally fits me.
renee_a
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Library chairs are brutal and this rides in my backpack between the stacks and my dorm desk. My thesis advisor actually asked why I look less miserable during our meetings.
gordo_p
Rated 3 out of 5 stars.Took close to two weeks after a sale, longer than I would like. To their credit support answered every email and kept me updated the whole time. The pillow is fine, does what it should on the commute. Three stars is mostly the wait wearing on me.
Morncrest replied
Close to two weeks is longer than we ever want a sale to cost you, and we hate that the wait wore on you. Thank you for the patience, and glad it is doing its job on the commute now.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Three kids so I never sleep on the flight. I catch up on the sofa after and this holds my head while I doze haha. Came in 6 days
marion_pace
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Took it on the coach tour and napped between every stop without waking up with my chin on my chest.
gpalmer
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Few nights to get use to, low side. Worth it.
evan_ptr
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Gym at 5 am, desk till 6, and my neck hated both. I'd been on a big soft pillow for years and never thought about it. Switched to this, tall side, back sleeper. First night felt strange, like my head was too far back. A few nights in I stopped noticing. A month later I wake up loose instead of stiff and my warmups are shorter. 10/10, no notes.
carl_bishop
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Smelled like rubber straight out of the mailer, no getting around it. I set it by the window a couple of days and it was gone. After that it's a genuinely solid pillow, my head stayed off the window the whole drive. The smell is the one star.
pete1974
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. We run down to the Gulf every February, two full days of driving. My lower back always quit on me around lunch on day one. Put the cushion in the seat curve and drove both days easy. The wife wants her own now.
russ.dean
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Bought it in the middle of the holiday rush and it was slow getting here. Support reached out first to tell me it was on the way, which I appreciated. Once it landed it went on quick and holds my head right on the long shifts. The lost star is the shipping, nothing else.

priya.n
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I was sure this would slide off the chair the first time I rolled back. It hasn't moved. Two weeks of six hour days on a mesh office chair and both pieces are still exactly where I put them. I sat on the order page for about a week before buying, it's not a cheap cushion and I'd been burned by a gel one that went flat in a month. By mid afternoon I'd be perched on one hip to keep my tailbone off the seat, and that stopped the first week. Should have just ordered it the first time I opened the tab.
-
jpalmer
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Fitted both pieces in the parking lot two minutes after opening the box. Strap around the headrest, lumbar where the seat curves, that's it. I drive to the mountains most weekends and by the second hour my head would be hanging off the headrest. First trip with these in, nothing. Got out at the trailhead and skipped my stretch routine bc I didn't need it! Ngl finding my water bottle took longer than the install.
jayden_oh
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Overnight bus back to campus and I slept clean past my stop lol. My head never once tipped onto the window.
-
grammy_pat
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I am 81 and have folded my pillow in half for as long as I can remember to get it high enough. First night on the taller side of this one I didn't fold anything. My grandchildren think it's funny how excited I am about a pillow.
barback_leo
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I bartend till 3 and sleep till noon. I'd come to around ten with my neck locked sideways and just lie there. Six weeks on this and I'm out till the alarm, no lock. Great buy!!
jbrandt
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Almost a year on this now, low side up the whole time, and my neck stopped being an issue around the second week. Kinda wild since I woke up stiff most days before. Would recommend.
-
benjy_r
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. My wife took this one because I was still asleep at half past six on a Saturday, which has not happened in about five years, and my daughter was standing there waiting for me to get up. I've carried two kids on the same shoulder for years and my neck was tight by dinner every night. $149 is a lot for a pillow, I said so at the time. Two weeks in I'm picking up the little one without wincing. Great product.
-
hollyb
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Got this for the drive to my sister's, four hours each way, because my head rolls around when I nod off in the passenger seat. The rubber smell was strong for the first three days. I've owned natural rubber before so I knew it would fade, and it did. On the drive my head stayed put and I woke up in her driveway instead of at every stop sign. One star off for the smell, otherwise it does exactly what I wanted.

susieq1970
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.I bought this for my dad after watching him get up out of his armchair like a man twice his age. He reads the paper every afternoon and had started quitting at the sports page because his back got stiff. My brother has one at his desk and kept going on about it, so I ordered one for Dad's birthday. I ordered right in the holiday rush so it landed a couple days late, though the team reached out first to tell me and answered every question fast, so just one star off for the wait. Dad is not a man who says much about anything. Last Sunday he read the whole paper, folded it up, and told me it was a good present. That's the most I've heard him say about a gift in years!

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Woke up before my alarm and just turned my head, no slow careful thing first. Still not used to that, def a good pillow
rob.mccoy
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Strap it on once and forget it. My neck quit locking up on the drive in.
jess.mo
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Side sleeper here, went low side. Ear doesn't get squished anymore and I quit flipping the pillow over all night. Def recommend!
Danielle_K
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. Two drop offs and two pickups a day, and my neck was aching by the last one. Strapped this behind my head and it holds right where I need it. First school year the drive home hasn't left me rubbing my neck.
dawn_ferris
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Twelve hour shifts, so I steal twenty minutes in a break room chair whenever it's quiet. Before this I'd get up stiffer than when I sat down, kind of pointless. On this I actually doze and my neck's good for the back half, which is the half that drags anyway.
-
jenn.w
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. For once I bought something for myself before anyone else in this house. My son took the picture from the doorway while I was making the bed, which is about the amount of help I get around here. I used to wake up with a stiff neck before my feet hit the floor, every morning at 6. About four days in that stopped and it hasn't come back. Now both teenagers want one and they can wait. Very happy with it.
sandra_b
Rated 3 out of 5 stars. The wait was the only sore spot. I ordered over Black Friday and it took a good while to land, though support checked in partway through to say it was moving. Takes real pressure off my tailbone now that it's here. Just wish it had come quicker.
Morncrest replied
Black Friday is our slowest stretch to ship through, Sandra, and we hate keeping anyone waiting that long. Thank you for hanging in there. Glad it is earning its spot now that it is here.
Rachel, Team Morncrest
kmoore_88
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Read every review before buying and what I didn't expect was how much it takes a few nights. First night I hated it. By the weekend I was sleeping through and now, a month in, I'd fight someone for it lol

matt_ryan
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. The little case is the reason this one actually comes on trips. My old one took up half the bag so it never left the closet tbh
TylerHauls
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Ten hour hauls, and I'd be feeling it in the lower back before the second state line. Tried three or four other lumbar pillows before this one, they're all in a bin in the garage now. This is the only one still riding in the truck.
kurt_delaney
Rated 2 out of 5 stars.Carry case showed up crushed on one side, not what you want opening the mailer. Sent them a quick video and a photo with my order number, they put a new one in the post, nothing to ship back. Replacement's fine and the pillow does keep my head from dropping on the flight. Two stars because the first one came damaged. They sorted it fast though, I'll give them that.
Morncrest replied
A crushed case is not the first impression we want, Kurt, and we're sorry it reached you that way. Thank you for the video and for giving us the chance to make it right.
Ben, Team Morncrest
j.whitfield
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Four states, a lot of windshield time. My neck used to be the first thing to go around hour two. Now I roll into the last meeting without that stiff turn of the head. Reordered one for the wifes car
-
kyle.m
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Five hours a day between job sites and my lower back was shot by the third one. With the lumbar in I get to the fourth without thinking about it. Ordered during a sale so it came later than I would like, but they emailed first and answered fast. Star off for the wait, not the pillow.

dorothy_ann
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Checked the stitching first, I sewed forty years and it would pass at my old shop. Chair naps used to leave a crick. Not on this
jd_roofs
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Roofing crew, up at 4:30, hard side sleeper. Old pillow was two folded over bc one was never enough. First thing that keeps my shoulder from jamming up into my ear. Three months in and it hasn't budged.
BriannaL
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Five minutes in the break room chair between codes finally feels like an actual break.
kev.holloway
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Beats the cheap airport one I panic bought last year by a long way, def worth it.
alan_pryor
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I'm the guy whose head drifts into the aisle, and yeah a drink cart clipped me once, about as fun as it sounds. Every horseshoe I tried just let my chin drop to my chest. This one goes all the way around and cinches down, so my head stays up even when I'm dead asleep. Flew coast to coast last week and never once ended up leaning into the aisle. Took me long enough to find it.
annie.cho
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Faint rubber smell for the first couple days, and I'm sensitive to that stuff so it bugged me. Aired out fine. The pillow's a keeper, low side, and my shoulder doesn't ache when I turn over anymore.
Morncrest replied
Sorry it bugged you, Annie, a sensitive nose makes those first days harder. A quiet shoulder in the morning is what we want to hear.
Claire, Team Morncrest
jjsanchez
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Tall guy, side sleeper. Every pillow I've owned was too flat so I'd stack two and they'd slide apart by 3 am. This one, tall side up, is the first single pillow that gets my head level with my shoulders. Felt too firm at first and I kept reaching for the second pillow. Two weeks in I'm on one pillow like a normal person, no more pull down the side of my neck. works for tall people, dont know why more don't
hank_builds
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. Not the cheap stuff, you can tell when you pick it up, the foam is heavy and dense. Doesn't sleep hot either, def a keeper!
-
amy.lindqvist
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. My sister has been nagging me about my slouching for two years and I finally did something about it. I write all day and by mid afternoon my lower back would round into the chair until I was curled over the keyboard. A coworker had this set on her chair and I noticed she sat up like a dancer, so I asked what it was and ordered one that night. The lumbar piece is the part that does the work, it puts you upright and you kinda just stay there without trying. About a week in I caught myself sitting up straight on a Friday afternoon, which has never happened. My partner keeps borrowing it when I get up to make coffee so he's getting his own.
Sam Ortiz
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. The bad stretch for me was always around hour three. Not anymore. Lower back and neck both fine when I pull in.
-

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Bought this for flying and honestly use it at my desk more. Twenty minutes w/ it on after lunch and I'm fine for afternoon calls
-
j_whitaker
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Old pillows let my head sink and tip. Not this one! Woke up night 3 in the same spot I fell asleep, definately a keeper
renata_vos
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Firmer than I bargained for, and that first flight I honestly thought I'd made a mistake. Second one though and it made sense, it holds where my old one would just pancake flat. Head didn't drop the whole way. Only reason it's four is I wish it loosened up quicker.
DerekStreams
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Chat had a whole bit about me muting every hour to stand up and shake my legs out. Six hour stream Saturday, never muted once, and the legs felt normal after. Chat is confused and so am I lol
bud_k
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I hate most things I buy online. This one's fine. Better than fine, actually. Keep the tall side up if you sleep on your back.
m_holloway
Rated 3 out of 5 stars.Pillow is good, firm, holds my head where it should. Getting it here was the slow part, nearly two weeks, and it smelled like rubber for a day or two. Support answered fast when I asked about the delay. Just wanted it sooner.
Morncrest replied
Thanks for the fair read, and sorry the wait ran long. Firm and holding your head where it should is the job, so we'll take that.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. Two school runs a day and my neck had nowhere to go, I used a rolled up hoodie for a while. This straps on and doesn't move, at every red light my head just settles into it. My daughter thinks it looks silly. Don't care.
kenny82
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Rough routes all day and it never shifts on me. Best part is my lower back holds up to the last delivery instead of giving out by afternoon!
brenda_saylor
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Six hours in the passenger seat and I didn't jolt awake at every exit with my head against the window. My husband said I was out before the first gas stop.
-
Josh_T
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I pack this last, on top of the sweaters, so it's the first thing out at the gate. It's not a small pillow, you pack around it. Before this a long haul in economy meant maybe two hours of broken sleep and a stiff neck the whole first day. On my last 14 hour flight I got six hours straight in a middle seat, which I've never managed before. Paid $99 and I'd pay it again without thinking. Great quality.
nightowl_kat
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.overnight nurse, sleep during the day w/ blackout curtains. first pillow that keeps my head still when I toss!

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. For anyone asking, yes it fits a small sedan with the posts close together. Mine does. My drive is about forty minutes and I used to arrive with a sore neck every time. Not now.
Kevin O.
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Grabbed it during a big sale and I think everyone else did too, took a while to arrive. The team replied fast when I checked in and kept me posted. Works great now that it is in, sat back the whole drive to my parents. Just the wait held it back.
dave_reyes
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Drove out to the family for the weekend and back, most comfortable that seat has ever been. neck stayed good the whole way, didnt even think about it
VivianR
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Ordered charcoal and it reads a touch darker in my office light than it looked on screen, not a big deal to me. Comfort wise it's exactly what my back needed.
t_okonkwo
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Firm enough my head doesn't tip, and it rolls into its own case in about five seconds. That's the part I didn't expect to care about but do now.
gmartin72
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Second one I've bought from Morncrest, this one's for the cabin so I stop hauling mine back and forth. Same good sleep.
-
mari.s
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Carrying a toddler on one hip all day had my neck and shoulder wrecked by bedtime and my old down pillow just let my head sink. This one holds it up. About a week in and ngl I wake up before she does with no crunch when I turn
MeganL
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Tried my sisters on a road trip and slept the whole way there. Ordered mine the next day. The strap is what sold me, it doesn't slide off like the U shaped one I had.
WhitneySorel
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Forty years standing at a lathe wrecked my back, and nothing I tried since retirement let me sit through a whole ballgame without shifting until this one. My son thought I was exaggerating until he tried my recliner without it.
-
caroline88
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Conferences mean a 5 am flight home after three days on my feet in a booth. My head would jerk awake every ten minutes for three hours. I recieved this the week before my last trip and wore it from the taxi to the landing announcement, out cold the whole way. Lives in the outside pocket of my carry on now with the case clipped to the handle. $89 and it's already saved me the nap I usually need when I get home.

MargoP
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Mesh chair had my back tight within an hour. Got through the whole pile of envelopes today and never gave my back a thought
natalie.p
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Factory seat in my car was never built for twelve hour shifts, I'd be shifting around by hour four. Not a perfect fix, twelve hours is twelve hours, but I make it to the last fare of the night without the ache setting in.
ramona_diaz
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. My inflatable one had a slow leak so I'd be blowing it back up mid flight, real classy. Got this bc a coworker swore by hers. Nothing to inflate, it's just ready, and it stays firm the whole flight. Not going back tbh.
farrah_n
Rated 3 out of 5 stars.I'll be straight, the rubber smell was stronger than I expected and it hung around four or five days even by an open window. I'm sensitive to that kind of thing so it wore on me. Once it cleared it does hold my head up on a long flight. I'm docking it for the smell out of the bag.
Morncrest replied
A sensitive nose makes those first days rougher, Farrah, and we're sorry it lingered. That's the natural rubber airing off, and an open window is the right move. Glad it settled.

mika.rn
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Firm but my neck likes it. 10/10
ryan_ak
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Only knock is the cover. It's snug, and getting it zipped back on after a wash took two of us and some swearing. The pillow under it is excellent though, side sleeper and I'm sleeping through for the first time in a while.
Morncrest replied
Two people and some swearing is more than it should take, Ryan. Fold the pillow lengthwise and start the zipper at the corner and it goes on solo. Sleeping through is the part that matters.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. The cycle count desk in receiving has a metal stool. I do an hour of paperwork on it at the end of every shift and that hour was worse than the eight on my feet before it. Not anymore. The stool is still garbage, the cushion isn't.
Nina H.
Rated 3 out of 5 stars.Ordered ahead of a holiday trip and it barely made it in time, the shipping dragged during the rush. They were responsive and reassuring when I reached out, sent tracking twice. Product works well. The stress of the wait is why it is a three.
hugh_traynor
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.a year of weekly flights and it hasnt gone soft or lost its shape one bit
wendell_b
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Mine took a bit to reach me, I'd ordered during a promo they were running, so a star off for that. The team answered my email within the hour when I asked where it was. Now I notice the second I sit on anything else.
KaylaD
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Ninety kids, ninety essays, kitchen table. By the third stack my back would be the reason I stopped, not the essays. Got through the whole pile last night in one sitting and the only break was for more coffee.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. My daughter ordered this for me. I'm 78, sleep on my side, and every feather pillow I've owned goes flat under my ear inside a month. This one is still the shape it was the night it came. Told my sister to get one.
-
GregP
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Neck was fine after a seven hour flight, which I can't remember happening before. Four stars only because of the rubber smell out of the bag. I've owned natural rubber before, it's always like that, gone after a few days
-
the_burkes
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. Both front seats done, one set each, so nobody gets the sore neck seat. Four hours on the interstate, nobody asked to swap. Great buy
greg_nn
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Firmer than any pillow I've owned, and I bought it knowing that. Still a shock the first night. It's grown on me and my neck's definately better, but if you like sinking into a pillow this isn't that.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.I take a four hour bus home most weekends and had been using one of those bead filled horseshoe pillows. My roommate has one of these and kept telling me to just buy it, so I did. Shipping was the one problem, it showed up five days late in the middle of finals week. Credit to Morncrest support, they emailed me before I had to ask and answered fast, but I'd still rather it had come on time, hence four stars. The pillow itself is firm in a way the cheap one never was and my head actually stays put. Slept about three of the four hours and got off the bus without the crick I usually carry into Saturday. My mom has already borrowed it twice.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. It's firm and it isn't cheap, so there's your downside. Had it about six months. I sleep on my back, mostly on the lower side, and no more stiff mornings, it's just not something I think about now. My mother in law slept on it one night when she visited and ordered one before she went home. Give it a full week before you decide, the first nights feel different. Good pillow.

Rated 3 out of 5 stars.Shipping dragged. I ordered during the holiday rush and it sat in transit longer than I expected, which is the reason for three stars. To their credit they emailed me a tracking update before I even asked. The cushion itself has been solid on my stool since it got here.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Simple. Strap on, drive, no stiff neck. Should have bought it a year ago.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Backpacked through five airports in two weeks and wore this the entire time. The hard benches at three in the morning used to leave me useless the next day. With this I could sleep sitting up just about anywhere, gate chairs, a bus, once a ferry bench. It clips onto my pack strap when I'm walking so my hands stay free. Best thing in the bag, no contest.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. My son is sixteen and lives hunched over a laptop or a controller, and he'd been complaining about his neck for months. First night he said it was too hard. A few nights later I noticed he'd stopped rolling his head around at breakfast. Two months on he uses the tall side every night and hasn't asked for his old pillow back. His friend stayed over last weekend and asked where we got it, so I guess that's the teenage version of a five star review. Shipping was quicker then the estimate too. Good product, happy with it.

Rated 3 out of 5 stars.Took its time getting to me. I ordered in the back to school rush and it was slower than I'd have liked, so I'll leave it at three. The team did reach out to reassure me it was on the way. It's done right by my lower back since it landed.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Window seat every time, I like leaning on the wall, but eight hours of that and my neck is wrecked by the halfway point. I was skeptical of the chunky shape ngl, it looked like overkill. Turns out that's exactly what stops your head sliding down the window. Wore it from the gate, took it off to eat, then back on for the rest of the flight. Landed with no stiff neck for the first time on that route. Really good
elaine_rs
Rated 3 out of 5 stars.Emailed to ask where my order was and got an answer that morning. Still took most of two weeks and smelled a bit rubbery the first day, gone now. Foam is dense and a month in my neck stays straight. Good pillow, wanted it sooner.

We wanted it with you sooner too, Elaine. Thanks for judging the pillow on its own once it got there.

Rated 3 out of 5 stars.Getting the pillow back into the round case is a real wrestle and I wish the case ran a touch bigger. The pillow itself is great, it kept my head from rolling on a red eye. The case fight is the only reason this isn't higher from me.

Fair knock, Greta. Roll it from one end and feed it in rather than folding, it seats easier that way. Good to hear the red eye went better.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Twenty years of side sleeping and I have tried every pillow shape there is. This one is firmer than anything I've used so I went with the lower edge. First few nights were an adjustment. About a week in my shoulder stopped burning when I roll over, which used to wake me two or three times a night. Old pillow is still on the bed but only for reading, it's not getting slept on again. Sleeping through now :)

Rated 4 out of 5 stars. It's hard. My wife tried it one night and went back to her feather pillow. I stuck with it, tall side, and after ten days or so it quit feeling hard and felt like support instead. 4 stars.

Ten days from hard to supportive is about the usual arc, Stu. If your wife wants to try again, the low side is the softer feeling start.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Bought two sets for the back seat before driving my parents up to the lake, four hours each way. Dad always asks for a stop to stretch his back about two hours in and Mom's neck goes at about the same point. I first saw one on a coworker's headrest in the parking garage, that's how I found Morncrest. Took about six days to arrive and ten minutes to strap both on. Dad didn't say one word about his back the whole way up. The only thing he asked for around hour four was whether we had any trail mix left. Mom wanted the link before we reached the lake. My brother has since borrowed one for his truck so I'm ordering a third set. Great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I never write these but I've had this pillow almost a year and I keep recommending it so I might as well put it somewhere. Side sleeper, short, and I'd been through probably eight pillows in five years. Feather ones went flat, foam ones were too tall. A friend from work let me try hers, that's how I decided. Bought the light gray. First week my neck felt a little worked, not amazing. Second week it settled and I stopped thinking about it. Cover's been washed a dozen times and still fits, foam's the same height. Ok that's the review, it's a good pillow, buy it :)

Rated 4 out of 5 stars. The strap keeps it from sliding the way my rolled towel used to. It arrived a few days late since I bought it in the holiday rush, though they let me know ahead of time and kept me posted. Good product, does the job on my routes. Four stars just for the timing

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I fly red eyes maybe twice a month and had accepted that I don't sleep on planes. Head drops forward, jerks back, repeat for five hours, then a full day of meetings feeling like garbage. Apparently I sleep with my mouth open, she has proof lol

Rated 3 out of 5 stars. There was a rubbery smell the day it arrived and it took two days by an open window to go away. Delivery was slow too, closer to two weeks than one, so plan for that. I asked about both and got a quick answer with no runaround. The pillow is good quality. Firm, and on my side my neck's better than it was on the old one. Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I'm a nurse on twelve hour shifts, days and nights mixed. Side sleeper, low side, I'm small. For close to a year I'd wake with my neck so stiff I'd turn my whole body to look at the clock. Someone at work posted about this so I tried it. It's firm, I'll be honest, and those first nights I wasn't sure. But inside two weeks the morning stiffness was maybe half, and after the first month it was mostly gone. It's been four months. It hasn't softened or flattened. The cover unzips and washes easy which matters when you work in a hospital. I don't say this about much but this was money well spent.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I've had this about five months and figured I should come back and say something. Side sleeper, high side of the pillow. I'd gotten used to waking up with my shoulder jammed and my neck tight on one side. I'd just stretch it out in the shower and go. That quit maybe two weeks in and hasn't returned. Foam is exactly as firm as it was new. Great pillow, and Morncrest answered my one question fast.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Ok so I run hot. Fan on the floor all year, toss and turn for an hour most nights, so I figured a foam pillow would make it worse and almost didn't order. Rated 5 out of 5 stars.ordered one set first to see if it was worth getting for all three kids. my oldest starts complaining about her neck about two hours into the monthly drive to her aunts so hers went on first. strap took maybe a minute and it sits right where her head ends up when she falls asleep. she did the whole drive last weekend without one complaint, which never really happens. the boys already asked when theirs are coming

Rated 4 out of 5 stars. The shape looked way too chunky in the photos, figured it'd be uncomfortable. Nope. Takes a flight before the firmness stops feeling weird, but then it just parks my head instead of letting it flop all over. Slept most of a long flight, which I basically never do. Four stars.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Lighter than I pictured when I lifted it out of the box, I thought a support cushion would feel more substantial. Sits fine and my back's in way better shape than it's been in a while. No real gripe, just wasn't what I expected in the hand.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Warning, it smells like a tire shop when you open the bag. I stuck it in the spare room with the window open and after two days it was fine, but nobody told me that. Everything else is good. Dense foam, nice cover, and I'm a back sleeper who wakes up in the same position I fell asleep in now. The smell cost it a star.

Tire shop is a fair description of day one, Dwight. That's the natural rubber before it airs out, and two days with a window open is exactly right. Looking at the ceiling is the whole idea.

Rated 2 out of 5 stars. This is all about the wait, not the pillow. Ordered during their Black Friday sale and it took over two weeks to arrive, with the tracking stuck on the same status for days. I get that it was a peak time, and their support did keep me posted every time I reached out and never left me hanging. The pillow itself is fine, comfortable and it stays put on the drive. But the shipping was rough enough that I can't rate it higher this time.
Morncrest replied
Two-plus weeks with the tracking frozen is a rough wait, Brad, and Black Friday is no excuse for leaving you hanging that long. Thank you for staying with us and for the fair words on the team. Glad it is holding up on the drive now.

Set it up for her and she said it felt hard. I told her to stick with it a week. She texted me a few days in to say she'd slept all night. It's been about three months and she's still on it every night. Cover washes fine, according to her. I asked Morncrest about the two heights before ordering and they got back to me the same day. Great gift.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. So this pillow has moved out of the bedroom and onto my couch. I design with the laptop on my knees most of the day and my neck and shoulders would be one tight knot by mid afternoon from hunching, and it would hang around till dinner. My sister has had one for a year and kept bringing it up so I finally ordered one mostly to get her to stop. First couple nights it felt kinda hard compared to my old squishy pillow. Then somewhere in the first week the afternoon knot just wasn't showing up. Now I nap on it after lunch with the throw blanket and it's been a couple weeks without it. My sister knows she was right and I have to live with that tbh.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Heads up, the grey came out more muted in the car than it looks lit up in the listing photos, a bit flatter than I pictured. Fine by me, it matches my seats, just not the exact shade I had in my head. The support itself is great and my neck feels good after the drive. Four stars for the color surprise.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.9 hours a day in the van and somehow the kitchen chair at breakfast was the worst seat of the bunch, back tight before i even got to the job. a week in and i get up from the table without a hand on my back first. wife wants one

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Cramming on a laptop all day had my neck tight and my shoulders up by my ears by late afternoon. Felt kinda hard the first two nights, then I stopped noticing, and the afternoons are fine now. Dorm mattress is bearable too, 10/10

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. My husband took this through the window because for once I was sitting back. Three kids means the car is my office and by the third errand my neck would ache and I'd drive the rest of the way hunched. A horseshoe travel pillow kept sliding into my shoulders, this one has a strap so it stays. First full week I got to the fifth stop and hadn't thought about my neck once! Kids still argue in the back though lol
cassandra.b
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. My feet gave out years before I retired from the post office, and I figured sitting more would be the easy part, turns out that hurt too. Took a while but this is the first thing that's actually held up for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Flew with a bead filled horseshoe one for years and it slowly went flat, my chin would just drop. This holds its shape and cinches snug so my head stays up. First long flight in ages I didn't land with a headache from clenching my neck.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Sent my sister the link bc she's had the same flat pillow since college. Mine's been perfect for most of a year now.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Slept on it in a hotel bed for a week because I brought it with me, that's how much I like it. Fits in a carry on if you squish it a little. Neck stayed fine the whole trip. Hotel pillows usually wreck me!!

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. In and out of the seat two hundred times a day. The strap stays snug through all of it. Back is the last thing on my mind now which is how it should be

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Came home from seminar, lay down in my jeans for one minute, and my roommate took this an hour later apparently. Grad school reading has my neck sooo stiff by evening, even a nap in my clothes on this loosens it up. Great pillow

Rated 4 out of 5 stars. It is a chunky piece, more of it than I pictured when I pulled it out. Works well once it is strapped in and my back likes the lumbar, but if you drive a compact just know it is on the bigger side. Fits mine fine. Dropping a star only so folks picture the size right.
Morncrest replied
Fair heads-up, Luis, it is a chunky piece, and we would rather you picture the size right than be surprised. Glad it fits yours and your back is happy on the drive.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Faint rubber smell the first few days, aired out fine, and I'd owned natural rubber before so I knew it would. On the overnight coach my head stayed put and I walked off in the morning feeling human. Realy no complaints beyond that first day smell.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Retired last year and figured the neck would get better. It got worse. On my old pillow my head fell back and I'd wake up sore at the base of the skull. A few nights on this and I wake up looking at the ceiling, nothing sore

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Afternoons at the clinic get insane, I'm glued to this chair for hours between check-ins and there's usually a golden retriever leaning on my leg. By 3 I'd be standing at the counter to give my lower back a rest. Haven't needed to since the cushion showed up.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I'm small and these ring pillows usually swim on me and slide around. Pulled the drawstring and it fit snug, stayed on the whole train ride even when I leaned into it. Finally one that fits me.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Bit slow getting to me, I'd ordered in a sale week. Funny, a guy who delivers all day stuck waiting on his own box. They kept me updated the whole way, and it's been great for my back on long routes.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. The office chair in the back room has been here since before I was hired, feels like it, and it used to leave my spine aching every closing shift. Brought this in a few weeks ago and haven't thought about my back once since.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. My mom made me wear this for the 13 hour flight to my semester abroad and I rolled my eyes through the whole check in line tbh. Landed without a stiff neck for the first time on a long flight. She's gonna be insufferable about it

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. We drive from Michigan to Florida every winter and my wife rides most of the way. She'd wake up cranky with her neck bent into the window and somehow blame me for the potholes. Bought two of these, one gray and one black. Now she sleeps through the dull stretches and I get some quiet. They stay firm, no going flat, and the little cases live in the door pockets. Worth it for the two of us.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Four stores a week across the state, neck stiff before the first door. This has a strap so it stays put where my old folded pillow slid off. Bigger piece than I pictured out of the box, works great once it is in though. Docking one star just so folks expect the size.
carl.mendez
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Old seat in my 2009 and the foam gave out years back, nothing left to lean into. This puts the shape right back where it should be. Feels like a new seat under me.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Took about ten days and I'd hoped for faster with a work trip on the calendar. Worth the wait once it landed, firm and it keeps my head off my shoulder on the redeye. Asked where it was partway through and they answered. The star I'm knocking off is all shipping, none of it the pillow.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Practice sessions before a show can run long and piano benches were clearly never designed with comfort in mind. This tucks under me fine and I actually finish full sessions now instead of calling it early.
andre_dupont
Rated 3 out of 5 stars. It is bulkier than I wanted and takes up more of the seat than I pictured. It does support my back well, no argument there. Just a bigger piece than I would choose again for my small car. Landing at three because the size isn't my preference.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. My roommate has one on her passenger headrest and I kept calling shotgun bc of it, so I got my own. New job, first real commute, and I was rubbing my neck at my desk by 9. That stopped after a few drives. Sooo easy to put on too

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Felt steep for a neck pillow but I sleep the whole flight now, so worth it tbh.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars. The pillow is great. The delivery was not. Tracking sat on one status for over a week and I ended up messaging Morncrest on Instagram. Someone answered fast and the box landed on day eleven. Side sleeper here, low side. Neck's been noticeably better the month I've had it. One star off for the wait.
Morncrest replied
A tracking page that sits still for a week is maddening and we're sorry you had to chase it, Nadia. Instagram is the fastest way to reach us, so thank you for using it.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I kinda forgot I owned this, which I guess is the whole point of a seat cushion. Video call days used to mean a sore tailbone by the second call and a lot of shifting around on mute. My calendar is wall to wall and standing up between calls isn't always an option. Somewhere in the second week I stopped thinking about the chair. Six hours in it today and honestly nothing to report, which for me is a big deal.
Tyler R.
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. An hour each way in traffic. My shoulders would be up by my ears by the time I got in. Head resting back has settled the whole thing down. Really glad I tried it
CherylD
Rated 4 out of 5 stars. The lumbar piece is bulkier than it looked in the photos, bigger than I pictured for a dorm chair, so I had to rearrange my desk to fit it. Once it's set up it does exactly what I hoped for during long study sessions.
terrence_a
Rated 3 out of 5 stars.Order took eleven days over the holiday rush, right at the edge of what they quoted, and I watched the tracking more than I'd like to admit. They checked in partway to say it was still moving, which helped. Does its job for my back now that it's here, just wish the wait had been shorter.
Morncrest replied
Eleven days over the holidays is the far edge of our window and we hate cutting it that close, Terrence. Thank you for the patience with us. Glad it has done its job since it landed.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Bought this for flying and use it on the couch about four nights a week. Twelve hour shift, cup of tea, pillow on, some show I won't remember. I fall asleep mid episode and my head stays up instead of slumping sideways.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Got my dad this for Christmas, he's 79 and sleeps on his back in a recliner half the time. He was polite about it and I assumed it'd end up in the closet. Called me in February to say he's been sleeping in the actual bed again because his neck doesn't bother him on it. Then my mom wanted one. So now they each have one and I get texts about it. Good gift, better than a sweater.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I only use the lumbar piece and only on the sofa. Ours is the soft kind you sink into and an hour with a paperback used to leave my lower back aching all evening. Since about the second night I read to the end of the chapter and get up without that slow careful unfold. My husband keeps stealing it when the football is on :) I'm a librarian, reading is my whole evening, so money well spent.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Long time side sleeper and I've never once had a pillow at the right height. Either my head's tipped up or it's hanging off. Went low side here and it's the closest I've come. Took most of a week to stop adjusting it. Two months now and nothing about it has changed. Neck is quiet in the mornings, which is all I wanted!!
Pam R.
Rated 4 out of 5 stars. The headrest strap is longer than I need and there is a bit of extra tail hanging once it is snug. Tucked it and moved on. The pillow does its job, comfortable on the long drive. Minor thing, still glad I bought it
ken_alfaro
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Went with the lighter shade and it looks a bit paler in person than it did on the website, more washed out than I'd expected. Doesn't bother me much. A full shift on the warehouse stool has gotten a lot easier since I got it.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Closing out the registers at midnight after a double feature means an hour in the office chair we've had since this place was a two screen. Brought this from home after a week of stiff mornings and now the only thing I dread at close is the popcorn machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I close three nights a week and the last hour is me on a stool at the counter doing inventory on the tablet. That stool has no back and no padding. Cushion under me, lumbar piece wedged against the wall behind me, and that last hour is just an hour now.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Motorhome seats are big and flat and my back never liked them. The lumbar fills the hollow and the neck piece takes the strain off. Drove three hundred miles and felt it in a good way, meaning I didn't feel it at all
priya_menon
Rated 3 out of 5 stars.Bigger than I pictured, and it eats up real space in a carry on, so plan around it. Still, none of the flat ones ever kept my head upright on a long haul and this does. Three stars, purely the size.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Hotel desk chairs are the worst part of traveling so this went in the suitcase for a five day trip. Rated 4 out of 5 stars. The first week or so it rode firm, firmer than I usually go for. Then it broke in and molded to my back, and now it sits just right. Fair warning if you want plush, this starts stiff. Four stars only for that break in stretch.

That break-in is the slow-rebound foam finding your shape, Dwight, and you described how it settles exactly right. Glad it is holding your back the way you want now.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. My granddaughter took this one, I was mid clue and she would not wait. I do the crossword every morning at the table and my hip and tailbone would ache before I got to the down clues. After about a week I reach the last clue and stand up easy, no hand on the table. That chair has been in the family fifty years and I am not replacing it, so the cushion is the compromise. Very happy, it stays put on the wood seat.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Weekend circulation desk shifts run long and the chair back there looks like it's from another decade, probably is. Brought this in last Saturday and made it to closing without squirming every few minutes, which never happens on a weekend shift.

Rated 3 out of 5 stars.Runs firm. It has softened some but it is still firmer than I like, and I prefer a plush feel. Works fine and stays put, my back is supported. Three stars is a personal taste thing on the firmness more than anything wrong with it
Morncrest replied
It does run firm on purpose, Kayla. Slow-rebound foam holds you up on a long drive instead of packing down, so it will not feel plush, and we hear you that plush is what you like. Thank you for the honest note.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. Our sofa sags and two hours of gaming would leave my lower back sooo stiff I'd stand up in stages. I only use the lumbar piece, wedged behind me against the arm, and it fills the gap the cushions leave. Few nights in I played till midnight and just got up. Normal. My roommate keeps eyeing it so a second set is probably happening rn. Not nothing on a junior dev salary but the stiff back was worse

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.I've got a smaller neck so the ring sat loose until I worked out the drawstring, then it cinched right in and stayed. Once I did that my head quit sliding off on the flight. Four stars, wish the toggle was more obvious out of the box.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Squeezing it right out of the box bc I wanted to see how firm it was. Firmer than I expected, the good kind, it actually holds your head up. Rated 2 out of 5 stars. Two and a half weeks to reach me and the tracking stalled for days in the middle, which drove me up the wall. I ordered over Black Friday so I get that it was their busiest stretch, and support did keep answering me every time I chased it. Still, that is a long time to sit waiting on a cushion, and the wait is why this is two stars. It does the job for my lower back on long hauls now that it finally landed.
Morncrest replied
Two and a half weeks with the tracking frozen in the middle is a rough wait, Gordon, and Black Friday is no excuse for leaving you hanging that long. Thank you for sticking with us while we chased it down. Glad it is pulling its weight on the long hauls now.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Ticket queue keeps me chained to my desk most days and my low back used to be the loudest thing in the room, my coworkers probably got tired of hearing about it. Finally shut up about it since I started using this.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Potholes on the east side of my route shake everything loose by about the tenth stop. Three weeks in and the strap hasn't slipped once! Lower back holds up the whole shift too, which is not something I'm used to :)

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I am always the one who falls asleep on trips and wakes up with a crick from my head flopping over. Not with this. Head stays put and I wake up fine. Finally.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Came a few days past the window they gave me, and I ordered right in the back to school rush so I figured it might. That is the missing star. Support did shoot me a tracking update when I asked. My back holds up a lot better through the afternoon stops now.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Test cycles before a release can stretch on for days and I used to be up every twenty minutes just resetting my back. Got through a full regression pass yesterday without moving from my desk, teammates thought something was wrong with me.
ned_ashworth
Rated 4 out of 5 stars. It's chunkier than the horseshoe one it replaced, so no, it doesn't disappear into my bag. Fine by me, because it actually stops my head lolling on the four hour bus and the cheap one never managed that. Four stars, just wish it packed down a bit.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Firmer than I expected the first few drives. Had memory foam before so I figured it would break in, and it did. Fits the headrest well and holds my head back nice now. Four stars only for that stiff first impression.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Went back to a regular chair for a three month project after a year at a standing desk and the lower back stiffness came right back within two days. Cushion went on the chair in week two and that was that.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Beefy lumbar support that doesn't quit halfway through the drive like the inflatable one I used to have. Sits in the curve and stays. Really solid

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. We drive up to the kids once a month, about five hours. My neck was always the sore spot the next morning. Slept fine after the last drive. The strap makes the difference, it doesn't wander

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Firmer than it looks and that's exactly what makes it work. My old squishy one let my head roll right off. This keeps it centered and I definately sleep on the plane now.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I sit more than anyone on our floor, three calendars means I don't leave the desk much. Three weeks with this set and I've stopped doing the stand and stretch behind my monitor every hour, the lumbar piece is the part I'd miss most.
wendy_a
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Shipping ran slow, I'd ordered during a back to school rush. They reached out first to let me know it was running behind, which I appreciated more then I expected to. Way better for my back than sitting without it once it got here.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Ok so I am a carry on only person, I will wear three sweaters through security before I check a bag, so there was never room for a neck pillow and I just suffered. My sister has one of those bead filled horseshoe ones and my head slides right off it. Then a friend showed up at the airport wearing this one and I ordered mine from the gate haha. It comes with a round case that clips onto the suitcase handle but honestly I just wear it door to door now. Slept the whole first leg without my head sliding down the window and got off without that ache down the side of my neck. My mom has asked for one for her cruise. Just buy it!
DwightS
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Spreadsheets all day, every day. 2pm was my wall, that's when my back would start and I'd be standing at my desk pretending to read. About a week in and the 2pm wall just wasn't there. Didn't expect it that fast.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Someone asked if it fits a headrest with the posts close together. Mine is a small sedan and it does. My commute to the hospital is about 45 minutes and my lower back would ache by exit 12 and my neck by the parking garage. Put both pieces in on a Monday and by Friday I drove past exit 12 without noticing. The lumbar is firmer than I expected, took a couple drives and then it kinda just disappeared. 10/10

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Eight hours a day on drawings and a few hours in I'd be shifting around and standing up every twenty minutes. About a week in I got through a full drawing package without getting up once. Firm, not squishy, which is what I was after.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Grey came out lighter than I thought it would, closer to a soft dove than the gray in the pictures. Fine by me once it was in the car. Comfortable and stays put. Star off only for the color being different than expected

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Long vendor calls mean hours parked in the same desk chair some days, back to back with barely a break between them. My back's finally stopped being the thing I notice most by the end of the day.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.New car, great seats, but that gap behind the neck was still there on the highway. This closed it up. Grey blends right in. No more reaching my head forward to get comfy

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Airport bathroom around hour five of a seven hour layover, still had it on from the bench. Those hard benches used to wreck my neck for the whole next day. Got three hours this time and walked to the next gate feeling normal

Rated 3 out of 5 stars. The grey is darker than the photos led me to believe, almost a charcoal, and it is a bit off against my lighter seats. The support is good and it stays where I strap it. Three because the color really wasn't what I ordered in my head.
Morncrest replied
You have it right, Warren, the grey can read deeper than the screen shows, closer to charcoal in some light. Sorry it threw you against the lighter seats. Glad the support and the strap are holding up.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.First neck pillow I've owned and it's firmer than I pictured one being. Took a flight or two to appreciate it, but it holds my head where I want it and I'm not landing sore anymore. Four stars, would just warn people it's firm.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Paperwork most of the day and my lower back was done by mid afternoon. The memory foam pad I had before went flat fast, this one holds its shape. Ordered during a sale week so it came slower than I wanted, though support answered quick when I checked on it

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Grabbed the beige and it looks like it belongs in my car. The neck piece took my head off the windshield lean I didn't even know I was doing. Drive feels easier now

Rated 3 out of 5 stars. The hold up was getting it here. I ordered during a promo and it took longer than the estimate, so three stars for the wait. Support was quick to answer when I asked for an update. Both pieces have been just right for my setup since they arrived.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. Two, three flights a week, and my neck used to be wrecked by Thursday. These days I sleep the short hops and land ready for whatever meeting. Firm, still the same shape after months of this, and it disappears into its case. Paid up for it and I'd do it again.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars. The lumbar ridge is more pronounced than I pictured, you really feel it in your lower back the first time. Grew on me fast and now I like it, but it is noticeable at first. Good product overall, just setting expectations.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I'm on the phone most of the day at the school office and my tailbone was sore by the end of every shift. Two weeks with this and the walk to the car doesn't start with those stiff first steps. Feet hurt but that's the shoes!

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Update after a month like I said. I run a night crew at a warehouse and sleep from about 4 am until noon. With the old squashed pillow I'd wake up around 11 with my neck jammed and lie there listening to the neighbors mow. On this I sleep the whole stretch and wake up when the alarm goes off instead of when my neck decides. If you work nights I'd recommend this one. Still the same shape after a month.
Colleen H.
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. Two minutes to put on, stays where I strap it, and my neck doesn't ache on the drive in. Simple and it does exactly what it says!

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. That charting room chair at 3am was always the last straw on a twelve hour shift, right when you're already running on fumes. Small thing in the scheme of nursing, but it made the last hour a lot less miserable.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. My wife drives, I do logs and calls, and eight hours in those seats had us both sore by the end of every run. Got her a set after a week with mine and the cab's a lot quieter now.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Calls from eight to five most days, back to back, camera on. I'd look at a packed calendar and dread the chair more than the calls. Nine calls yesterday and I got up at five feeling normal. I'll take it.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I'm tall and my head always ended up hanging off the side or out in the aisle. This wraps around and holds it upright. Slept through most of a long flight with none of the whiplash wakeups.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Delivery was slow, three days late, and of course it was the week both kids were home. They did reach out before I had to ask. I've flipped my pillow every night since college and the first night on this I didn't once. Really good

Three days late in the one week both kids were home is bad timing and we're sorry, Amanda. Not flipping the pillow once is the best line in this review.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Rubbery for the first couple days so out to the balcony it went, and that killed it. Underneath the smell it's a firm pillow in the way you want, held my head up the whole seven hour flight. Losing the one star purely for the out of the bag smell.
alec_rmz
Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Put off buying this for like six months, kinda dumb in hindsight. Then I added up how many cheap pillows I'd bought and thrown out and just ordered it. Back sleeper, I run it low side up, and I'm a light sleeper, I wake up if the pillow so much as shifts. This one doesn't shift. It's dense and the head part cradles you so you're not rolling off. There's a little vent in the middle so the back of my head doesn't get sweaty. Took maybe five nights to feel normal. It's been three months and it's the best thing I've bought for my sleep. My wife says I've stopped flopping around too. Still feels brand new. No regrets.
pat_gilmore
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Shipping took twelve days and I was refreshing the tracking every morning. Messaged Morncrest on Instagram and they answered fast. Pillow is great, back sleeper and the mornings are easier. Wish it had gotten here sooner.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. My wife bought this for me for my birthday and I was mildly insulted, like, a pillow? Then I slept on it. I'm a big guy, side sleeper, amd every pillow flattens under me in a few weeks. This one hasn't budged in four months. It's tall enough that my shoulder isn't jammed up under my jaw all night. I didn't even know that was the problem. Not a review guy but she asked me to write one. Great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. The two old pillows are at the foot of the bed waiting for the trash and yes we kept them way too long. I bought the first one back in March for myself, $139, because I sleep on my side and had been waking up rubbing my neck for about a year. My husband is a back sleeper and swore he didn't need anything. Within a week he was stealing it whenever I got up first. So I ordered him his own, shipping was about a week which was faster than I expected. We've had both for a couple weeks and neither of us wakes up rubbing anything. Highly recommend Morncrest, great quality, and my husband will not admit he was wrong but he uses it every night.
eleanor_ridge
Rated 5 out of 5 stars. We took a cruise and the flight to the port was the part I dreaded, since I never sleep sitting up. Wore this the whole way and actually dozed off. Firm enough to hold my head, cool enough that I wasn't sweaty. Packed down in its case for the ship too. Both of us are converts.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars. One star off because it showed up three days late in a week when both kids had something every night, so the timing was bad. To be fair, Morncrest support emailed me about the delay before I'd noticed and checked in until it arrived, which I appreciated. The pillow is firmer than I'm used to, took a night to adjust. I'd been waking up around 3 with a sore neck for months and that has mostly stopped.
Morncrest replied
Three days late in a week like that is exactly when a delay hurts most, Brooke, and we're sorry. The firmness takes a night or two for almost everyone. Good to hear the three am wake ups have mostly stopped.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.update after eight months because i said i would. still firm, height hasn't changed, no dip where my head sits. side sleeper, tall side up for me. the cover's gone through the wash a bunch of times on cold and it's fine, a little softer than new. my neck hasn't been why i wake up since the first month. still happy with morncrest

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Bought this before a summer of work travel and it's been on every flight since. Around month three one side started to feel a little softer than the other, and I messaged the team half expecting a hassle. They asked for a short video and my order number and recieved a replacement in the mail, no return needed. The new one has been perfect. I'm on planes most weeks and my neck used to be wrecked by Friday. Not anymore. Good pillow, and good people behind it.
Morncrest replied
That's the shape warranty doing its job, Darius, and thank you for the video that made it easy. Here's to a lot more Fridays with a neck that behaves.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Ordered thinking I'd use the tall side, ended up flipping to the low one after a few rough nights. Fine now, just wish I'd known.

Fair point, Mel. The height note under Specs covers which side suits which frame, and the Your side tab has the side sleeper answer if anyone else is deciding. Glad the low side sorted it.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I do hair so my neck and both shoulders are wrecked by closing. Was skeptical, I've tried a couple of these shaped pillows before. This one is way denser. Four months and I'm not icing my neck on Sundays anymore lol

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Bought two, Midnight Blue for me and Light Gray for my husband bc we were both waking up cranky. He's on his back and likes the tall side. I'm on my side, low side up. Six weeks in and we haven't complained about our necks once, and we complain about everything tbh. Had a question before ordering and got a normal human answer the same day. Good pillow, good people.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.I frame houses and sleep on my side, by Friday my neck was shot from the flat pillow I kept folding. Rubber smell out of the box, natural rubber does that, gone in days. Neck is fine on Fridays now. Five stars except the smell
Morncrest replied
That first week smell is the rubber airing out and nothing more, Nate. Framing all week and a neck that's fine on Friday is the whole point.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I'm a stomach sleeper, or was. This pillow isn't built for that and it kind of pushed me over onto my side. Everyone kept telling me to do that anyway. Neck's way better for it. Two weeks to adjust, def worth it!

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Warehouse night shift so I get to bed around 4 am and scroll a bit first. On my old pillow I'd prop my head up and my neck was kinda sore before I even fell asleep. This one holds it up by itself. Five days in, no ache so far

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.I wish I'd read more carefully. I'm on the shorter side and I started tall side up because that's how it sat in the bag, and I spent a week thinking the pillow was wrong for me. Then I flipped it. The low side is exactly right and I've slept through most nights since. So, four stars, and maybe a bigger label on which side is which would help the next person.
Morncrest replied
That week is on us, not you, Jill. The Your side tab on the page has the which side answer for anyone deciding, and you can always message us on Instagram before the first night.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.I went back and forth on this one. Back sleeper, in my fifties, and I'd been on the same squishy pillow for ten years. It arrived firm. Not a little firm. Those first two or three nights I woke up more, not less, and nearly swapped back. I'd read that it takes a week so I gave it that. By Sunday I was sleeping the night and a week after that I couldn't stand the old pillow. It's been six weeks now. Neck is better than it's been in years and the pillow hasn't softened one bit. Four stars because that first week is rough and I wish I'd known how rough. Would still buy it.
Morncrest replied
You're right that the first week is rough, Deb, and thank you for pushing through it and writing the long version.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Eight weeks in. It's firm, firmer than the photos make it look, and coming off a soft pillow I wasn't sure about it those first few nights. Back sleeper, lower side. Somewhere in the second week the stiff slow mornings just stopped and they haven't come back. The cover zips off and washes fine. Would buy again!
trev_h
Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Way firmer than I expected, almost sent a message about it. Glad I waited, it felt right after a week or so. Four stars.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars.Only complaint is the smell when you first open it. It's a natural rubber smell, I've had natural rubber before and it's always like that, and it aired out in a few days. Otherwise very happy. I sleep on my back and my old pillow let my head tip backwards so I'd wake up with a sore neck most days. On this one my head stays level. About ten days in and no sore mornings so far. Good quality, would recommend.

You described it better than our own page does, Gregory. Level head, no sore mornings, that's the goal.

Rated 3 out of 5 stars.Took the full twelve days to get here. I was checking tracking more than I'd like to admit. It smelled rubbery the first couple of days, even by the window. The pillow is well made. Firm, holds its shape, my neck feels supported on my back. I emailed twice about the shipping and got a real answer both times, quick and polite. Three stars for the wait and the smell, the pillow would get more.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Second winter coming up on this pillow. Still the same height, no sag in the middle, and the cover's been washed more times than I can remember. My old one was dead in six months. $169 back then and worth it. Good quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I'm an electrician, out the door at 5 every morning, so sleep is kind of everything for me. Most of last year I was waking up around 2 with my neck kinked and lying there doing the math on how many hours I had left. My wife found this one and honestly I gave it maybe a 20 percent chance. I sleep on my back so I used the lower side, the tall one was too much lift for me. First night I woke up once. Second night not at all. My wife says I haven't moved since lights out. Not even three weeks in and these are the first full nights of sleep I've had in months!! If you sleep on your back and get up early, try the low side and give it a few nights.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Same pillow for a decade and by 2 am my head was on the mattress. $169 for a pillow felt crazy tbh. But it's still the exact shape it was the first night and I haven't punched it back up or folded it in half once. Fine, worth it

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.I work nights so I sleep when the whole neighborhood is awake and loud. For years I bunched two pillows together and still woke up at noon with a stiff neck. Great product. Still sleeping through the lawn mowers rn

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.Back sleeper. My old pillow let my head tip so far back I'd wake up with my chin in the air. Not cheap at $149 but it got to my apartment in under a week and my neck has been fine since the first few nights. Would buy again tbh

Rated 5 out of 5 stars. For the side sleepers asking which side, I'm 5'9 and the low side was too flat for me, the tall side is perfect. My wife is shorter and uses the low side. So it kinda depends on your shoulders more than anything.
