These terms apply when you use morncrest.com or buy from Morncrest. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are
Morncrest is a brand of Everscene LLC, a Colorado limited liability company in the United States. You can reach us at support@morncrest.com.
Your order
After you place an order, we email you a confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund what you paid if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. Once placed, an order can't be canceled by you, except as our Refund policy describes.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Card payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, and wallets like PayPal process their own. We never see or store your full card details. Prices and offers can change; you pay the price shown at checkout.
Shipping, returns and replacements
Our Shipping policy and our Refund policy (Returns & replacements) are part of these terms.
Using our products
Morncrest pillows and cushions are made for comfort and support in everyday sleep, driving, work and travel. Use and care for them as described on each product page and in our Use & care guide. They are not medical devices.
Our content
The text, photos and logos on this site belong to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law says can't be limited, such as the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and your statutory rights in the EU, Norway and the UK.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. If you're a consumer outside the US, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. If you have a problem, email us first and we'll work to fix it. If we can't, disputes will be handled by the courts of Colorado, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, applies to orders placed after that date.
