Never wash a Morncrest foam core, and keep it out of the dryer and hot water. Hand wash the removable covers and wipe down the car set. Give yourself 3 to 7 nights to settle into a new pillow.
Cervical Pillow Pro
Start on the high side if you sleep on your side or have broad shoulders. Rotate the pillow to use the low side if you sleep on your back with a smaller frame, or on your stomach. Every body is different, so try each side for a few nights: the right side is the one that feels right for you.
Give it 3 to 7 nights. Your neck and shoulders have spent years in a posture that is not their natural one, so they need a few nights to settle back into place. The first nights can feel unfamiliar. That is the alignment taking hold.
Take the soft premium cotton cover off and wash it by hand in cold water. Hang it to dry, in the sun if you like, just as you would a cotton T-shirt. No dryer.
Never wash the foam core or put it in a dryer or hot water. Keep it out of direct sun and away from heaters and electric blankets, which can dry out natural rubber. To freshen it, let it air out in the shade.
Car Neck & Lumbar Set

Does it smell when new?
Yes, a faint scent at first, from the natural rubber in the foam. Leave it in a ventilated room and the scent fades within a few days. It is the material, not a flaw.
Warranty
Every Morncrest pillow and cushion has a 12-month shape warranty. Washing the foam core in a machine or hot water, putting it in a dryer, and damage like burns, cuts and tears aren't covered. See Returns & replacements for the details.
